The primary responsibilities of the division can be summarized as follows:

General Responsibilities of the Media Division:

1. Media Coverage:

• Documenting and covering all events and activities (conferences, seminars, workshops, graduation ceremonies, official visits, etc.).

• Preparing written and visual reports on activities and organizing their archiving.

2. Media Content Management:

• Managing and updating the official social media platforms of the college (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

• Drafting and publishing official news and announcements.

• Designing promotional and educational publications and brochures.

3. Public Relations:

• Coordinating with media outlets (newspapers, TV channels, news websites) to cover college activities.

• Building media relations with relevant governmental and private institutions.

4. Documentation and Archiving:

• Archiving photos, videos, and all media content related to college activities.

• Maintaining a database of past news and media coverage.

5. University Coordination:

• Continuous communication with the Media Department at the University Presidency to unify the media vision.

• Submitting regular news and reports on college activities.

6. Internal Media Support:

• Designing and preparing posters and announcements for academic departments.

• Providing media support for student activities.

7. Enhancing College Identity:

• Contributing to highlighting the achievements of the college, its students, and faculty members.
