Following up on the instructions of the Dean of the College and implementing them concerning follow-up operations.

Supervising the distribution of forms related to ID badges and vehicle permits for entry into the university campus.

Overseeing the maintenance of security and order within the university campus.

Conducting field visits to the college’s units and divisions and monitoring security within the college.

Coordinating and collaborating with the protection forces and security authorities responsible for safeguarding the area to enhance overall security measures.

Monitoring the operations of information desks and ensuring proper record-keeping.

Ensuring the necessary security for celebrations, exhibitions, and scientific conferences.

Managing and monitoring the entry and exit of faculty members, staff, and students within the college.

Supervising the operation of electronic surveillance systems (CCTV cameras).
