The student’s name is recorded in a special register within the Registration Department, and the student’s information is documented.

Admission Orders of Students in the College of Petroleum Process Engineering for All Academic Years
Overview of the Unit:
This unit is dedicated to developing the students’ abilities and skills within their field of specialization, enabling them to compete for job opportunities after graduation. This is achieved through a set of training and qualification programs provided to students during their studies, in addition to opening channels of cooperation with both the public and private sectors to facilitate their employment.
General Objective of the Unit:
The unit aims to assist the students and graduates of the College of Petroleum Process Engineering in developing and strengthening their personal, academic, practical, and life skills in line with the needs of the labor market, thereby increasing their chances to compete for employment opportunities in both the governmental and private sectors.
Tasks of the Unit:

Supporting and assisting graduates in their employment by contacting private and public companies to find job opportunities that match their aspirations and the experience they have gained at the university.

Providing advice and guidance to new students on how to interact with others and adapt to the university community.

Communicating and coordinating with companies and institutions in both the public and private sectors to secure the highest possible number of employment opportunities for graduates in various fields.

Emphasizing the role of the teaching staff in supporting the unit through participation in organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences for new students and graduates.

Ensuring the effective utilization of students’ summer training in appropriate places within the public sector instead of the governmental sector.
It is required that a student accepted into the College of Petroleum Process Engineering at the University of Tikrit must hold a high school diploma from the Scientific Branch, either Biological or Applied.

The original high school diploma certified by the Directorate of Education to the University of Tikrit, along with two colored photocopies.

A colored copy of the student’s national ID and nationality certificate.

Colored copies of the parents’ (father and mother) national IDs and nationality certificates.

Four (4) colored photographs.

Residence card or proof of residence certified by the Municipal Council.

Student information disk (CD).

The labor market’s demand for graduates of our college in the field of petroleum engineering, as well as the continuous interaction between our college and community and state institutions—whether through software or engineering consultations, or via the Iraqi Engineers Association, which organizes numerous training and development courses for engineers across the governorate—along with other related activities, serves as strong evidence of the trust and reliability between community and institutional bodies and the graduates of the College of Petroleum Process Engineering.
Documents
Obtaining a Graduation Certificate
Graduates of the College of Petroleum Process Engineering are entitled to receive a graduation certificate in Arabic without grades, as well as a bilingual certificate in both Arabic and English. Graduates are also entitled to obtain a framed graduation certificate.
Regulations for Obtaining the Certificate:

Complete the graduation certificate request form.

Provide a recent personal photograph (white background) corresponding to the number of certificates requested.
-
Submit the payment receipt from the college accounts.
-
Provide a colored copy of the passport.
Note:
The student’s name on the certificate of grades will appear in English as it is written in the passport. In the absence of a passport, the student assumes full responsibility for writing their name in English.
