Tasks of the Financial Affairs Division

The Financial Affairs Division undertakes a set of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing the payroll of the college’s faculty and administrative staff, and submitting it to the University Presidency for disbursement to eligible recipients.

  • Processing salary increments and promotions in accordance with the salary scale to ensure their inclusion in payroll lists.

  • Maintaining daily ledgers, expenditure records, financial documents, and accounting entries related to disbursement operations for proper documentation.

  • Archiving and safeguarding all primary financial documents in designated records and specialized box files.

  • Organizing the college’s disbursement operations and collecting revenues from college activities in accordance with Accounting Receipt Form (No. 73), including documents, objections, issuance of student IDs and enrollment confirmations, tuition fees of undergraduate parallel study students, tuition fees of postgraduate students on self-funding programs, as well as tuition fees of evening study students.
