Duties of the Scientific Promotions Committee
  • Following up on university directives related to monitoring (university security), implementing them, and communicating them across the college.

  • Following up on the instructions and directives of the Dean regarding monitoring tasks and ensuring their implementation.

  • Supervising the distribution of forms related to ID badges and vehicle entry permits for campus access.

  • Overseeing the maintenance of security and order within the campus.

  • Conducting field visits to college units and departments to monitor security within the college.

  • Coordinating and collaborating with the protection forces and security authorities responsible for safeguarding the area to enhance security measures.

  • Monitoring the work of information desks and ensuring proper record-keeping.

  • Ensuring the necessary security for celebrations, exhibitions, and scientific conferences.

  • Managing the smooth entry and exit of faculty, staff, and students within the college.

  • Supervising the operation of electronic surveillance systems (cameras)
